Richard Holliday returned to MLW at the end of One Shot on Thursday night and will challenge for the MLW World Heavyweight title.
After champion Alex Kane retained the championship against Matt Cardona, Kane issued a challenge and the lights went out before Holliday was revealed.
Holliday became a free agent earlier this year and last wrestled for MLW in May 2022.
Holliday aligned himself with MSL’s World Titan Federation to receive a title match against Kane at Kings of Colosseum on January 6 in Philadelphia.
