Will Ospreay issues challenge to Kazuchika Okada

Will Ospreay is looking for a rematch next month.

The recently signed AEW performer spoke with NJPW before Wrestle Kingdom 18 and his triple threat match with Jon Moxley and David Finlay to establish in the inaugural NJPW Global Champion.

Ospreay stated he was confident of winning and wanted to issue a challenge to Kazuchika Okada at Battle in the Valley in San Jose, California on January 13.

Ospreay had Okada have had many singles matches going back to 2015. Okada defeated Ospreay at Wrestle Kingdom in January 2021 & January 2022 along with another victory in the G1 Climax in 2022. Last July, Ospreay beat Okada in the G1 in their last match together.
