Dates locked in for the New Japan Cup.
As 2024 inches closer, New Japan Pro-Wrestling is beginning to push out dates for their 2024 event calendar, including the New Japan Cup tournament.
It is official that the 2024 installment of the tourney will kick off on March 7th and will conclude on March 20th. Below is the complete schedule:
- March 7th: Korakuen Hall in Tokyo
- March 8th: Aimesse Yamanashi in Yamanashi
- March 10th: Baycom General Gymnasium in Hyogo
- March 11th: Item Ehime in Ehime
- March 12th: Uwajima Gymnasium in Ehime
- March 16th: Dolphins Arena in Nagoya
- March 17th: Twin Messe Shizuoka in Shizuoka
- March 18th: Big Palette Fukushima in Fukushima
- March 20th (Final): City Hall Plaza Aore Nagaoka in Niigata
The winner of the 2023 New Japan Cup is current IWGP World Heavyweight Champion SANADA. At Wrestle Kingdom 18, SANADA will be headlining the show as he’ll be defending against Tetsuya Naito.
