Afa Anoa’i was hospitalized following a health scare. An update was provided on Afa via the WXW Wrestling X account.
He is scheduled to return home after battling pneumonia and two mild heart attacks. The WWE Hall of Famer stated that he ‘kicked out at one’. Here’s the full post:
It’s been a harrowing few days, but our beloved Pops, #WWE Hall of Famer Afa the Wild Samoan, is coming home from the hospital today! He battles pneumonia and two mild heart attacks, but in his own words: “I kicked out at 1!”
Afa operated the World Xtreme Wrestling promotion that is based in Pennsylvania. In the more recent years, the promotion has been run Afa’s son, Samu Anoa’i.
