He is consistently recommending names to management.

In a January 2023 media appearance, two-time IMPACT World Champion Josh Alexander revealed that he recommended Bryan Keith, J.D.X and Judas Icarus to IMPACT’s Talent Relations department in hopes of the talents being brought in.

A new interview with Alexander was conducted by Sunday Night’s Main Event and he reiterated that he’s pitching names to the company. He revealed that he’s suggested Calvin Tankman and Myron Reed, who was at TNA’s television taping in late March.

I had a list of 10 people I sent to IMPACT, something like two, three years ago, and on the list I’m going, you know, ‘Bounty Keith, he will be signed by AEW sooner rather than later. Please, look into him ASAP.’ Signed by AEW. Calvin Tankman’s a guy I’ve put over many times from MLW. Just a big, lumbering, giant dude. Super athletic, super great locker room guy as well. Myron Reed is somebody I’ve put over who recently showed up in TNA for tapings last weekend so we’ll see how that works out. There’s just so much talent out there and it’s finding the people that have, yes, the physical talent to go out there and have these amazing matches but they also have the wherewithal in their head to be mature enough to be a good locker room person, as well as the aptitude in the ring to do the little things you need to do on TV so you don’t have to learn on the go… You can fold your career by getting signed and showing up and not being ready way too soon by not having those little things. It might take you too long to learn and that’s why the independents are great because you can learn those things.

Coming up for TNA is their Rebellion pay-per-view on April 20th. As of this writing, Alexander is currently feuding with Alex Hammerstone. They are tied 1-1 in singles matches against one another.
