The newest member of Shane Taylor Promotions will return to in-ring action this week.
Anthony Ogogo will team with Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty to face Chris Jericho, Hook and Katsuyori Shibata for a trios match on Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, per an announcement made Sunday.
The match will be a sequel to a tag bout that Jericho and Hook had against the faction earlier this week.
Ogogo returned on Saturday’s episode of Collision, attacking Jericho and Hook after they overcame Taylor and Moriarty in a tag match. The recurring AEW talent then announced his new alliance with Shane Taylor Promotions.

While he appeared for a pair of dark matches in 2023, Ogogo’s last on-screen AEW appearance dates back to an August 2022 match on the web series Dark.
Ogogo’s most recent match on one of AEW’s TV programs dates back even further, taking place in mid-2021 against Cody Rhodes and Lee Johnson.
Jericho has been in a program with Hook for the past month, facing him and teaming as “Lion Hook.” Shibata will be added to the equation this week for the trios match.
With the next episode of Dynamite three days away, here’s how the show looks:
- Adam Copeland vs. Penta El Zero Miedo (TNT Championship)
- Toni Storm “Charleston Championship Champagne Toast to Thunder Rosa.”
- Mariah May vs. Anna Jay
- Samoa Joe vs. Dustin Rhodes (AEW World Championship Title Eliminator Match)
- The Young Bucks “present backstage footage from ALL IN & will discuss for the first time”
- Hook, Chris Jericho & Katsuyori Shibata vs. Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Lee Moriarty & Anthony Ogogo)
