A new web series will premiere this week hosted by two of AEW’s top personalities.
“Meal & A Match,” a talk show featuring Renee Paquette and RJ City, will debut on Friday at 2 p.m. ET through the TBS Youtube channel, per a recent announcement made by the promotion.
With the tagline “Breaking Bread & Breaking Tables,” the show will likely follow a format of wrestlers sharing a meal with Paquette and City while discussing their careers.
The first guest will be Eddie Kingston, who is fresh off a high-profile loss to Gabe Kidd at NJPW’s Resurgence card last weekend. The title for the scheduled video says “Eddie Kingston on Crying, BBQ, and Punchable Faces.”
Both Paquette and City already host shows on AEW’s Youtube channel. Paquette runs her “Close Up” interview series, while City hosts the comedic “Hey! (EW)” show. The new program will be different from the others, as it will air on TV channel TBS’ Youtube page instead of AEW’s.
