WWE Raw scored its largest audience since the night after WrestleMania while NXT fell to its lowest viewership in twelve months.
The July 1 episode of Raw from Boston averaged 1,878,000 viewers and 818,000 viewers (0.62) in the 18-49 demographic, per PW Torch & Wrestlenomics.
The show averaged 1,940,000 viewers and 826,000 in the first hour, 1,950,000 viewers and 848,000 in the second hour, and 1,745,000 viewers and 767,000 in the last hour.
It was Raw’s largest audience and 18-49 number since April 8 following WrestleMania 40 weekend.
The show averaged 243,500 viewers and 105,300 in the 25-54 demo on Sportsnet 360 in Canada. Raw ranked tenth among sports programs, which was dominated by the Euro 2024 tournament and a Toronto Blue Jays vs. Houston Astros game.
Tuesday’s episode of NXT experienced an 11 percent drop in viewership to 542,000 – the show’s smallest audience since July 4, 2023, per Wrestlenomics.
In the 18-49 demographic, it decreased by 17 percent with 194,000 viewers representing the lowest number since April 30.
The show had an increase in its Canadian viewership with 103,000 viewers and 43,000 in the 25-54 demo on Sportsnet 360. It was the first time the show hit 100,000 viewers in the country since April. It did not rank among the top ten sports programs on Tuesday.
NXT built toward a main event segment involving Trick Williams, Je’Von Evans, Shawn Spears, and Ethan Page for a contract signing ahead of their four-way match at Heatwave. Wrestlenomics reports the peak quarter occurred between 8:45 and 9 p.m. ET with Izzi Dame vs. Brinley Reece, a segment with Chase U, and Roxanne Perez & Lola Vice’s in-ring promo with 591,000 viewers and 215,000 in the demo.
