Newly crowned TNT Champion Jack Perry issued an open challenge for his title on the 7/6 edition of AEW Collision. Answering the call was Perry’s former partner in Jurassic Express, Marko Stunt.
Perry would go on to defeat Stunt to retain the championship. It was Perry’s first defense of the title.
Prior to the 7/6 Collision, the last time Stunt wrestled for the company was in September 2021. His contract was not renewed.
