Hikaru Shida vs. Skye Blue on AEW Collision stopped due to injury to Skye

An injury to Skye Blue.

There was a singles match between Hikaru Shida and Skye Blue on the 7/20 edition of AEW Collision. As the match was ongoing, Shida went for a crossbody onto Blue on the outside.

On commentary, Nigel McGuinness pointed out that it appeared as if Blue hurt her knee when catching Shida.

Referee Stephon Smith and the ringside medical team checked on Blue and ultimately, it was decided that she was not able to continue and Shida was ruled the winner.

AEW President Tony Khan confirmed that Blue suffered an ankle injury.
