NJPW has announced that IWGP junior heavyweight champion Hiromu Takahashi will miss approximately six months of action due to a torn left pectoral muscle.
The current IWGP Junior Heavyweight Champion Hiromu Takahashi is out of action with a shoulder injury. He’s scheduled to defend his title against Taiji Ishimori on 8/29.
At New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s ‘Summer Struggle’ show on 8/29 at Jingu Baseball Stadium, the IWGP Heavyweight, Intercontinental and Junior Heavyweight Championships will be on the line.
NJPW has released its line-ups for its next two shows, which will be New Japan Road followed by the Sengoku Lord show in Nagoya, Japan later this month.
